These terms govern use of the ShaCole® application (the “App”), an internal Google Workspace add-on and Google Chat app provided by ShaCole Group Inc. for authorized staff and affiliates.

1. Who may use the App

The App is provided by ShaCole Group Inc. (“ShaCole,” “we,” “us”) for use by authorized personnel of ShaCole Group and its brands, Wealth Within Reach® and TurnQi™ Ready. It is an internal operations tool and is not offered to the general public. Access is granted, managed, and revocable by ShaCole Group administrators.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for legitimate ShaCole Group business purposes and in accordance with ShaCole Group’s internal policies and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or use the App to send unsolicited or unlawful communications.

3. Data

The App accesses Google Workspace data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App you acknowledge that it reads and writes ShaCole Group’s own records on your behalf to perform the actions you request.

4. Availability & changes

We provide the App on a reasonable-efforts basis and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms as the App evolves; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

5. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaCole Group Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
