Using the ShaCole® app inside Google Chat.
Start a chat with ShaCole®
- Open Google Chat and start a new direct message.
- Search for ShaCole® and select the app.
- The first time, you’ll be asked to authorize the app for your account — approve it to continue.
Everyday commands
/lookup <name or ID> — returns a client card with status, contact details, and quick actions./report — a business overview and referral snapshot./help — shows the current list of commands in Chat.
Tips
- You can look up by a client’s name or by their Deal ID.
- Card buttons run as you; some actions may be routed for review depending on your role.
